Patreon Poll
Added 2024-10-01 01:45:48 +0000 UTCHello Patrons,
Here are the poll options from your suggestions. We focused on the topics that repeatedly showed up and had a lot of likes. There's a wider range than usual to pick from so get voting. Just because something doesn't win doesn't mean we won't cover it, we'll just get straight to work on the winner.

2024-10-09 09:25:07 +0000 UTCjust received an email from Senator Jordon Steele-John about how doctors have hiked there charges average $38 per visit, which they seem to do every-time Labour is in power. I'm a boomer and have seen this repeatedly usually it's the AMA. Personally I have just been charged $140.15 for a standard consultation at a GP, which was $57.25 out of pocket, this was after my Health Card concession of $18. This doctor bulk billed me last time I saw him. Very inflationary and anti-social in my opinion. Need investigation and comment, please don't let the Greens hijack it..

2024-10-03 01:53:27 +0000 UTCWe gotta get the greens deregistered and their voting base sent to the gulags. Where they serve only gf sour dough bread, young Henry's and teach first year philosophy courses. The country would be better and they would be happier honestly

2024-10-01 09:23:14 +0000 UTCQLD election is a worry, hook into QLD LNP we're doing so well with Labor. All the youth crime BS, cops themselves say it isn't a huge problem but the conservative playbook of spreading fear seems to work with Queenslanders.

2024-10-01 06:28:26 +0000 UTCI vote we get the geometric shape review at some point. It’s an intriguing and complex concept that would give a wealth of insight into Jordan’s character as a person. Politics are important, I suppose, but this is crucial information that shouldn’t be kept from us. Which shape is the best? What qualities of shapes make some superior? These are the questions that demand answers.

2024-10-01 06:20:33 +0000 UTCIt looks like the 50c fares have really got Brisbane population moving and it’s a boom for our local tourism operators. My evidence is the queues of families waiting to get on Coochiemudlo Island Ferry last weekend. Not only is it saving families money but it’s stimulating small businesses trade at least on Coochie where the cafe and beach bar were absolutely packed.

2024-10-01 05:38:43 +0000 UTCI’d like analysis of the Qld coal royalties and the risk that the LNP poses to this recently enhanced revenue stream. How does it compare to NSW and what’s at stake if it’s reversed by the LNP.

2024-10-01 05:30:42 +0000 UTCTanya Plibersek's copping a LOT of heat at the moment over mine extensions and the EPBC Act because of the perceived hypocrisy with the Nature Positive Summit next week, particularly from people in the environment/ecology space - these voters are easy pickings for the Greens. An explainer on the EPBC Act reforms which Labor have committed to would go a long way to help mitigate some of the reputational damage Labor is unfairly copping at the moment
