The Future of the Liberals, Tasmania, and the Greens

[Exclusive Video]

Hello Patrons,
After a few delays due to Jordan's nonstop touring we've got the next patreon higher-tier exclusive video. This one covers a lot of different topics, why we're happy with the longer explainer/ history format videos we've been doing recently. The future of the Liberal party, the Tasmanian election, and the Greens exodus. The second half has a bit of behind-closed-doors gossip too which is why we can't do a video like this on the main channel publicly.

We hope you enjoy this video, it's got a lot of Jordan's heavy-duty raw thoughts but seeing as you're the big patreon supporters we think you'll be able to follow along. Now that a long leg of the tour is over we'll be able to do more of these very soon (and not filmed in an Airbnb).

Thank you all for your support, especially all of you higher tier supporters,
The FJ Crew

Since university used to be a free service and then was monetised, I fear that “Free TAFE” may also go down that same route if Liberals are re-elected. I am all for an educated populous. Having free TAFE means more skilled workers. More skilled workers means a more efficient workforce and an efficient workforce allows us to tap into a bigger share of the world economy. However I do believe that it’s in the Liberals best interest to keep people ignorant. Hopefully I am wrong but if I was to rebuild the Liberal party from scratch I would definitely start with the education system.

Always interested to hear your thoughts or anyone's really. Just as HECS is being modified, which i agree it should be. I didn't go to uni and paid my TAFE fees back in the day. Manplain to me why we can't modify the tax/ royalty structure on the gas and oil companies. If you tell me we can't do it like Norway then I need to know the details. Cheers. Looking forward to the next video.

I think the problem with Labor’s campaign in tassie was that it became too wishy washy! They kept agreeing with the liberals on certain issues like the stadium which is extremely unpopular! If they weren’t to liberal lite and matchy me too and fight like bill shorten did dean winter would have had more votes. Because if you don’t have an alternative and contrast to the liberals, you might as well vote for the liberal party and an unpopular premier in minority. It’s the exact same reason why Dutton lost because he didn’t have an alternative it became I’ll match Labor and voters saw through that and voted for albo. So the main lesson Labor has to take from this defeat is don’t match your way through like Dutton did because if you kept copying there policies, they might as well vote for them instead because there’s no compelling case for the other side! They have to fight not become wishy washy!

Tazzie State election just after next Federal one if they don’t go back to the poll’s could be a smooth move due to the fact that all states will vote their own in before Albo going 3-0.

It might be worth making a youtube playlist of the explainers, so the people who are interested can get access to the entire picture you are painting with them.

And they argue it is going to help the young people. And that income tax needs to be inverted because people over 60 on 100k don't pay the same tax as a young person.

It's interesting seeing the Teals trying to raise the GST and remove exemptions in favour of a rebate. Pretty much showing their true colours
