I have more to say about the Guardian
Added 2025-08-26 08:31:14 +0000 UTC[Patreon Exclusive]
Hello Patrons,
In case you missed it we just uploaded a video about the Guardian taking down one of our videos. Watch that first if you haven't but this is an exclusive chat that follows on from the end of that video. It's got some spicier stuff that doesn't belong on YouTube publicly, this is just a peek behind the curtain for the Patrons.
We hope you enjoy it, we'll have some more exclusive Patreon videos in the works very soon on top of our regular YouTube releases.
Thank you all for your support, you really keep the lights on around here,
The FJ Crew

Without the advocacy of minorities such as the Greens as well as the Bob Brown foundation, the Labor party would likely pass an authoritarian Federal Environmental Protection Authority with the Liberals. While the Koala National Park is welcome, the major governments are addicted to the gas, coal and oil companies and deforestation at the expense of the environment, not fully helping economies and destructing the world. With the Freedom Of Information bill that is also proposed by Labor, these sort of things would happen right under our noses. Jordan, thank you, I appreciate what you do, but please do not be a one eyed Labor supporter and still question all important things. Yes, the country is doing well. Yet without properly assessing all issues and all groups and individuals whingeing to have the best outcomes, we do not have a true democracy. Everyone having a say makes Australia the wonderful democratic country that it is.

2025-10-17 06:30:19 +0000 UTCI get and appreciate your message but tuned out about half way through. The Guardian isn't perfect but they still employ editors for better or worse.

2025-09-11 04:58:49 +0000 UTCI think when you hear the opinions of the msm before the last federal election they were all talking about 'labor will have to fight to get a minority government'. Even on election night on the ABC they constantly saying 'labor doesn't have enough seats to form government'. Then labor just wiped the floor with almost every other party. Was so funny seeing how upset the likes of SKY spews.

2025-09-10 09:12:34 +0000 UTCHey FJ team. Can you do a reaction video to “Asmongold TV - What the f*CK is happening in Australia..” I reckon some good FJ counter points could be made, contrasting to his American lens points of view. As a constructive video. which could appease to your American audience :)

2025-09-04 03:27:42 +0000 UTCI was a believer in the Guardian and used their material to debunk climate deniers for ages. During that time, I had one of them point out that Guardian is biased (of course, all media is biased), but it did make me check myself and their info much more rigorously. Not sure if it was perfect timing but I started to notice what Jordies is talking about, they just became another click-bait, 'engagement' is king rag on most topics. Fucks sake, can we do anything about all this shit media?

2025-08-28 08:24:08 +0000 UTCThanks, Jordan. It’s the kind of depressing we need to hear. Keep up the good work.

2025-08-27 11:04:27 +0000 UTCI wish Jordan would be able to run an interview with Van, but I assume she'd get the sack for it

2025-08-26 22:54:44 +0000 UTCIt's better that we don't publically. It's the same reason he's not a member of the party.

2025-08-26 22:54:26 +0000 UTCTo any branchies on here, put up this motion please: ‘The [your branch] branch asks [your LGA leader], State Secretary [your state secretary] and National Secretary Paul Erickson why our LGA, state and federal offices do not publicly engage with Jordan Shanks through his platform, FriendlyJordies.’ We all know why, but I’m sick of it and want them to justify it.

2025-08-26 20:15:40 +0000 UTCThe point Jordan makes about one nation is true, so many one nation supporters in punters comments.

2025-08-26 10:55:00 +0000 UTC11:06 I agree, I think there's been a tide shift quite recently. I ,and I've noticed many others, have just gotten so tired of constantly hearing "this is shit that is shit everything that currently exists is shit and only getting worse". I think we as a collective have just gotten tired of the Whinge/Hate Merchants, people can only absorb so much negativity before they just start mentally deteriorating. And you can kind of see something similar with films and other media being released lately, they're so hopeful and positive but at the same time not many are deluding themselves into it by being ignorant.

2025-08-26 10:45:53 +0000 UTCI was a subscriber to the guardian until a video Jordan did nye 22', I don't read the cultural articles, just the news, because I didn't see many other options. The new daily picks and chooses, and the conversation is not news directly. So I cancelled and pay for independent Australia even if it's a bit scattered. The guardian for current news isn't too... Bad, but I don't read Thier editorials besides Van Badham's. The new daily regularly has people who work for the Australia institute making editorials and I can pick it a km off now without even looking at who wrote it. Because it will be shitting on Labor for not doing enough. Every time. Michael west media, same story now. Their retort about being whinge Merchants is that the Australia Institute uses MWM's data.
