In this video we interact with a bunch of local Vietnamese people, and show that Vietnam has a surprisingly high level of English ability.
We were surprised, because China is the polar opposite. We even get a 2 dollar hair cut and shave in the middle of Vietnams hectic traffic and interview the street barber.
