Well, looks like we had our intended effect with some caveats haha.
Thank goodness we released the video before the article came out, because it led to nearly no mention of us (a good thing, at least better than a smear campaign), but also just a big advertisement for pro-CCP propaganda YouTubers (the people who attack us as well).
What I didn't mention in my previous Patreon post was the reason I wanted to get ahead of this, was that I Googled the journalist, Ethan, and his history spoke very loudly of what he was about to do to us.
So instead of slander and misrepresentation, we got mildly degraded, and the article became a very transparently pro-CCP soft power piece.
