Why Didn't China Congratulate Biden?

Amongst the red vs. blue dynamic that is running across the USA, and even the world at this point, I figured I would lend my expertise, which is not American politics, to explain why China hasn't congratulated Biden on the presidential election.
It has nothing to do with American politics, Trump vs. Biden, or who would be better to combat the CCP.
It comes down to the bed the CCP has made, and where they have to lay down for forever slumber now.
The world is slowly uniting against tyranny, at least in the form of the CCP, and it's about time...
