To add to this, I have friends in California who think China has it under control. When I only pay attention to mainstream media, sometimes I'm fooled on specific topics, it's not til you dig a little deeper that you find a "more accurate" depiction of the truth.
2021-02-06 19:12:19 +0000 UTCThere absolutely no way in hell China has this under control. Their numbers aren't even close to accurate. To be frank, I've even heard of California fudging some numbers but it's either a rumor or it's not to the same degree of China.
2021-02-06 19:10:07 +0000 UTCAs I have said before, if you believe China's numbers, then they have fooled you. A friend who knows someone in the Chengdu CDC said it's rampant, and to be prepared for 3-5 years in China for this cunning virus.

2020-12-17 19:22:31 +0000 UTCC-milk, As you know, the COVID-19 numbers have skyrocketed here in the US and other places around the world as well, including a recent surge in South Korea of over 1000 new cases per day causing South Korea to implement a strict stay home order. But when I look at China's numbers I'm shocked that for a couple of brief spike in April and July, China's daily new cases have been under 100 per day, and most days, under 50. I'm curious as to why China has a handle on it and since you have connections in china I was hoping you could shed some light. Thanks, Bob T
