Pho Sucks... Eat This

Vietnam is a blast. Almost like the China of pre 2012. Smiles, chaos, motorcycles, and hope for the future.
I have been here twice, and things are definitely improving.
First off, people need to lay off on the Pho train. It's rice noodles and broth with some water buffalo thrown in. China makes better noodles. Way better. Stop with the Phoscination.
However Bun Cha, on the other hand, is the way to do it.
They BBQ some pork on the side of the road, shape it into meatballs, and fill the bowl with spices and exotic herbs, you dip the rice noodles (vermicelli) and traditional spring rolls into the broth.
Vietnamese food disappointed me in the past, but in the city of Hanoi, it's been good.
The videos we have coming are going to be awesome. Get ready for some awesome content.
