Organs you probably wouldn't eat - What's actually good/bad?

Speaking of guts, Winston gives me a lot of crap for enjoying certain "weird things". For you guys, I am going to rate different organ meats that I have had.

Liver - 5/10

Many of you have had liver, for sure. Chicken/Goose liver is best, and cooked well with onions, garlic, ginger, and spice, is pretty rich and delicious. Other animal liver pig and goat is too metallic, and although I'll eat it, I don't love it. 

Intestine - 8/10

This one makes a lot of people squirm, but properly cleaned pig intestine, crisped and fried up, man... it's freaking delicious. There is a bit of a barnyard flavor,  but many people (me and my wife included) love it. Pig intestines are better than other animals in my opinion.

Brain - 2/10

Not good. Tastes like mushy dirt and metal. No redeeming qualities. Almost always cooked as a soup. Also, prions... don't Google that. 

Heart -  7/10

Beef heart is better than pork heart. Tastes like beef! Not a gamey flavor at all! I'd give it a higher score, but it's too lean and chewy compared to a good cut of beef. Give it a try in a stew.

Lung - 1/10

Disgusting. Horrible. Mushy. Elastic. My stomach is turning just typing this. It's also a mental problem I have. We blew up lungs in school to learn about their function, and since then, I just can't do it. Atrocious.

Stomach - 6/10

Popular in dim sum, and the best way I've had it is cooked with turnips and chili sauce. Pretty good if you can get past the spongey texture! Pig stomach is good in soup and dipped in soy sauce. However, the Mexican way of cooking beef stomach in soup isn't great. Too gamey. Overall, not bad at all!

Tongue - 7/10

Beef tongue just tastes like beef. My mom cooked it when I was a kid. Not weird at all.
However, duck tongues are a different ball game. Honestly, they taste pretty good, especially the Sichuan way with lots of spice and chili. The problem is that they are mostly bones (weirdly enough). A decent bar snack though.
