Yeah she was a Cube trainee. 😊 Though Yuju and Sungjae had a duet stage, I wish we could've gotten and Eunkwang and Yuju duet! They're funny af in that one Weekly Idol episode with BTOB, GOT7, GFRIEND and TWICE. Ah, I should've been a little bit more ambitious with my request then. Haha! But still, I'm already satisfied with that. At least Yuju is kinda easy to figure out since of her vocals shining in almost any song. Interesting, so Yuju was a Cube trainee? I actually like Cube a lot, my favorite group comes from there and one of my fav idols with HyunA aswell. They have not the best track record of sales and promotion, but their groups are quality imo. Still, you're right, it was good that Yuju left so she could debut with GFRIEND and become what she is today. Man.. imagine Eunkwang teaching Yuju more vocals over the years she would have become even crazier maybe and also all those duo covers we could have gotten from the two T_T missed opportunity in my eyes. Of course I'm still taking requests! I put yours on the top of my list, thanks for the link :) And yeah, I kinda figured she did it even higher than in the MV recording, that's just her capability live. She can go even higher, just doesn't need to in the GFRIEND songs I suppose.

2020-06-03 15:04:45 +0000 UTCOh, I finally finished watching the whole reaction, and you initially got the members wrong except for Yuju and Yerin, obviously. But when you named them again after few tries you go it right! Their arrangement: Sowon, Eunha (pronounced as Un-ha), Yerin, Sinb (pronounced as ShinB), Umji, Yuju! Yuju used to be a trainee in BtoB's company and Eunkwang once mentioned that he could never forget Yuju coz of her pwoerful, distinct voice among trainees. But she left the company and moved to Source Music and debuted with Gfriend, thankfully. Yuju also said before that she had a hard time adjusting coz she's used to singing just standing and doing the slightest movements, but the pressure is high when she debuted with Gfriend who is known for their powerful choreographies. Also, they always sing live, so that makes it even more difficult for her as she sings most parts and the high notes and adlibs. She even sings with herself in many of their songs! But if you listen to their MR removed, she is really still so damn stable. She's just on another level in comparison to everyone else. She's like the main vocalist of the 3rd generation GGs. Their recent releases has given her time to relax though and distributed the harder parts to other members (very evident starting Sunrise era). If you are still taking requests, I'd like to see you react to Butterfly stage with yuju (gfriend), Rose (blackpink), Jihyo (Twice), Sungjae (btob), and jaehwan (wannaone). Like girl, the original one is already super high, she just had to take it up another notch. Haha. Btw, you asked about the original singers for All For You. Afaik, it was originally sang by Seo Inguk and Eunji (apink).
