I expected great things and they did NOT disappoint. The base quality in production and lyrics was so high, it was on another level tbh. Not many albums can compare to this one from the ones I have heard so far in K-Hiphop and even in K-Pop.

I understand now, that that was a reference I simply could not understand. Also good to know that Mino was part of Block B pre-debut and also then debuted in a ballad boygroup. I didn't know tbh. When did he join YG then? Was the ballad bg already YG or did he join after?

2021-02-25 21:19:05 +0000 UTCAnd I wanted to add something about Born Hater, especially Mino's verse. He starts off his verse with "nimi *shi pal*nyendo" which had a translation "if you see me in 18", I think he mentioned number "18" on purpose because it's similar to the way the swear word "shibal" sounds, which is kinda cool. So, about that line "I left Block B, debuted with some soft shit" you didn't get. He was a trainee along with Zico and was about to debut as a Block B member, but he left the company and then debuted in one ballad boy band, which was a flop (that's why it's soft shit), before he became a part of WINNER. And just one fact I wanted to mention is in B.I.'s verse, where he says "That's no no". I'm not sure if you are aware of where it came from. This phrase became one of the huge memes after it was said by Masta Wu on SMTM3, where he was one of the judges along with Tablo that time. And their Born Hater mv was released like a month and a half after the show. So, it was kinda fun to hear it back in 2014.

2021-02-24 13:03:35 +0000 UTCIt was so nostalgic to me, cause it's been a while since I listened to this album and read the lyrics again. Back in 2014 I remember I playlisted all these songs. That album was epic for sure. The feats, the lyrics and the whole production are on point. I didn't change my opinion about the way I like each track more or less. So, my top 3 would be and still are Eyes, Nose, Lips (eng), Shoebox and Lesson 5. But I can definitely say that every song has something that gets me and makes me relisten to it. Now I have Spotify and I think it's time to playlist this album :) P.S. I don't mind your website caption. It looks pretty good above the small screen with the size you use for your YouTube uploads
