Aww come on mate, best of the average and lowest of the best is quite close, gimem that one :P Crucial Star was a big surprise tbh, I never expected him to make this switch. We have a lot of new and interesting styles from people that had relied on their usual typa style for years before, pretty exciting. Can't really predict what happens from here, the lineup is stacked with big names and unknown talent. S10 had that too, but a little less versatile imo? (just trap, some sing rap and then there's SINCE and Gwangil Jo)

2022-11-25 13:42:25 +0000 UTCMy top 3 from this round (aside from Don Malik, QM, or Lee Youngji because they're in everybody's top 3) has to be Xinsayne, Eastbadass, and Crucial Star. Crucial Star's second round made me feel like I was transporting to another dimension. That beat is a scam. Something about his style just feels elegant too, like what Leella said. Obviously Xinsayne is the best rap technician, the kinda choppy dynamic style he has reminds me of Bewhy in a way. And Eastbadass is so cool, especially the woodwind instrument in his beat. I can tell his gimmick(?) is being true to Asian culture, he even had a lyric about eating sashimi lol. (Also wanted to mention that Eastbadass is far from drill. He had a lyric about drill in his rap but he isn't a drill artist. If anything that bass line is more boom bap). Also I feel like calling MckDaddy the best of the average guys is blasphemy. He's at least the lower tier of the best guys. My opinion though haha
