Migraine attacksπ

Iβve been experiencing minor migraine attacks for the last several days and while I had happily assumed they were gone yesterday, it came back today. Not sure if this is a little flare-up with my lupus or if itβs major allergy season in Houston, but whatever it is, Iβm gonna take another day or two to hopefully put these random migraine episodes to a resting state.
A big part of me tried to push through this issue by filming/editing more, but at the same time, I know I have to stop being stubborn and remember to βcount my spoonsβ in order to do anything at my version of 100%.ππΌ Iβll be back as soon as I can! Yβall stay happy, safe, and SPFβing.π
