Close to half a dozen pledges were declined so it's my understanding they believe some of those could have been fraudulent and while they review the account, they put a hold on withdrawing the balance. We hope they lift this soon so we can move forward with the rewards for December. Thanks for your patience!

2019-01-06 20:40:50 +0000 UTCThat’s what we thought too. We messaged every person and some had said they used prepaid cards that didn’t have funds. I suggest everyone just to use PayPal, makes it easier on everyone.

Also maybe if they indeed have the fond to do so and if they are paying with Paypal? Because I never had an issue with Patreon, I'm sure I'm not the only one using Paypal.
