If you are a regular listener/endurer of my weekly babble on the Cabin Fever podcast, you will know that I am prone to jumping all over the lilipads in a rather haphazard and distracted way. This week's effort is the ultimate tribute to that, perhaps because it's a late recording to get it over to you. I would say, if you already have a headache then I'd steer clear. They are very vague though.
