What a wonderful screen grab of Barry we have been gifted by YouTube...Just wait till you hear what he's saying at that point too.
Well, here we are on the last day of the Codnor Castle extravaganza week, and if you are starting to wish you'd never heard the name Codnor Castle, then you know how I've felt for literally years now.
This is a selection, in no particular order, of behind-the-scenes footage from the original recce, the set-up and the shoot itself. Watching the afternoon set-up made me hate the present UK weather even more, because it was a really lovely day that felt like it had a sunset that went on for hours. I don't know what the visiting rules are for Codnor, but if you ever get the chance to go, it's a very atmospheric and peaceful place. As long as there isn't a film crew there at the time.
Hope you enjoy this, and I shall be exploring the bang at a later date. That'l make more sense if you watch it.
Oh, and strong language warning when Mr Dodds is on screen.
