Cabin Fever Podcast 12 Feb 22

Hello there

Here's the Cabin Fever Podcast I knocked out for you in a state of woozy-headedness.

If further proof be needed of my impaired mental capacity, here's the contents list for you;

There we go, make of that what you will.  Or listen to it and go "ahhhh...I see what that means now..."

No matter what though, have a wonderful Saturday for me please.

Sending all the love to you

I mean, at the moment you might have to... (it'll get sorted)

I am absolutely clinging to that as a brilliant thing to find out, but I can't claim that it's regulating stress. Or maybe it would be significantly worse if I slept like all the industrial folk. I think the main reason I've accustomed myself to it is that it guarantees no interruptions (I don't resent anyone that interrupts, but it does just tip productivity later into the evening)

In pre-industrial times it was totally normal to sleep for a bit, wake up for a few hours at around 3am and then go back to sleep. It's actually thought to be in line with peoples natural sleep cycles and important for regulating stress. It's called Biphasic sleep if you want to read more about it. I think if it works for you then keep doing it. https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-16964783
