Sunday Art Post - Penultimate Tombstone Video!

Hello there

We are getting so so close now.  Couple of hiccups here again, but am in the process of riding it out and the next video, whenever that is, will be the concluding part.

I mention it in the video, but it's worth mentioning here too, that pretty much this entire process has been pioneered by Van Oaks Props, which is a prop-building YouTube/patreon channel.  I should probably have mentioned that more to be fair, lest anyone think this was all my idea.  The guy from there has also been ultra helpful in advising me on materials etc (as they're mostly called different things in the UK), and that's worked out pretty much on every occasion.  If you ever find yourself wanting to see prop building in one ten minute video rather than a series like I've done, then that's a good place to start.

Hope the journey has still been fun though - it has here.  Except for the rubbish things, but they've all been brilliant lessons which is never a waste.

Hope you've had a lovely week and weekend.

Lots of love to you from here

Haha thank you. Electrical tape would be better but I didn't have any within a metre of me (which appears to be the rule). The masking tape does just come away when it reaches the marker and electrical tape would probably stay put.

Haha nah got the skills fear not- back yourself! (it all needs to be glued together proper and have more than enough drying time or it'll come apart - so rather than not touch it for a few days I got on with the other stuff before the drilling)

Brave to drill into the almost completed gravestones. I might have done that earlier in case of disasters.

I can't believe I've never thought of putting masking tape on the drill bit to set the depth of a hole. Your videos are officially educational, if you ever need that for a quote.
