Just popping by with a little Cabin Fever podcast for you, recorded late at night (as per) the other day so I could get a bit of breathing space for the rest of the week (as per).
Now, I don't know if this sort of thing should have a trigger warning on it. I think you can end up putting trigger warnings on everything if you overthink it, but a lot of this podcast is an update on Kim Wilson. It's actually a retrospective update, because I think I jumped a step when I spoke about her on the last Cabin Fever, so I'm going back and clarifying stuff. Ergo, there is chat about brain tumours and radiotherapy and all that sort of stuff.

Ah, even that's a bit maudlin. I did wish to sing something about 'appearance' though, which will probably make sense if you have a listen. Honestly all good if you don't wish to though. I know these can be a bit heavy even when I endeavour to give a light tough wherever possible.

2022-09-18 20:54:40 +0000 UTCI don't think that what you've shared here is oversharing at all, and if someone chooses to take what you've said and use it in an unsavoury way due to your vulnerability then that's because they're a twat and not something you should have to consider ahead of time, especially considering the situation you're in. Last week you mentioned you're not sure whether you've ever made a podcast equivalent of a hug, and though tonally maybe not, I just wanted to share that I've lost count of the amount of times I've re listened to everything since the RPP, especially The Parapod. It's my comfort blanket, a safe reassuring space that never fails to cheer me up, and you know how miserable I am. Big love to you and Kim ❤️ xx
