Artwork - Bounty Hunters Assemble

Hello there

Earlier than expected, I today conclude the Bounty Hunter ink portraits.

So that's two week's on the bounce that I've reached completion stage (not like that) and finished something off (not like that).

Basically, after drawing the last one, I just cracked on with the next one because I felt "in the zone".  I feel in the zone so rarely, that I am bound by it to continue when I am.  So I did.

This took me two days as a weekend project.  It was two peaceful and relaxing days though, because I wasn't working to an immediate  deadline. I should try and do that more often.

This is Bossk...

And that shortcut zooming through the progress pictures, brings us finally to this;

I think we can agree that he would make somebody a lovely boyfriend.

Revelling in  my sense of achievement, I immediately took the liberty of popping all the portraits down on the bedroom floor to see how they look as a group.

Genuinely think this is a great grouping of some great designs.

I've not figured out how I'm going to print this, as it can't be the size of the other Star Wars figures group print (as there's only 6 of them, and it's pretty cost prohibitive to have them printed that big), but I shall be having a proper think about it. Not least  because I want them on my wall in a group shot too.

I think I'm also going to have a little save up to maybe buy the original figures for a display as well.  That's down the bottom of my urgency list though.

Hope all is well over there, and your week is going perfectly to plan.

Much love as always

Thank you. You can have them if you want xxx

War of the Bounty Hunters is the most recent one, which was in the comics and basically follows the storyline that between getting Han in carbonite and delivering him, Han was stolen from Fett. It might be a touch confusing potentially as it does tie in with the regular ongoing story, all the titles do and it's a bit much sometimes. I also really love the old Tales of the Bounty Hunters book from the now non-cannon expanded universe, but I don't know how readily available that would be nowadays. I'm not even sure I've still got mine. Or if that was what it was called. It was the same sort of book as "Tales From Jabbas Palace"

These are looking amazing xxx

You can still get them loose and played with for not much money at toy fairs. I’ll have to get the one I’m missing. What’s the best book/comic for bounty hunter back stories etc?
