Loopholes Podcast Episode 16

Hello there

Woah, today is a very sexy and x-rated episode of Loopholes, as we discuss the utter filth that is Sex Magic.

Or would it be Sex Magick?  Or Majik?  It'll be something like that I bet.  Dr Kate will probably have written it right on her Patreon.

It's also an episode of "Spot the double entendre" but none of them were deliberate.  We are very grown up and mature thank you. I got the edit down to an hour but there was about 30mins of chopped audio, all about Alastair Crowley and things like that, which I may potentially release as a deleted bit on here at some point.  It was interesting but it all got very tangled and deep and dark, so I've spared you that for the moment.

Anyway, see how you get on with it.  Very, very proud of this podcast, and very, very pleased with the interaction it gets from the smart folk (you) on Patreon.

Hope your Wednesday is grand.  It's minus two at my house, and I'm sure I've got a new cold. I've also got a Doctors phone appointment today which is at "today".  No time given or anything.  Honestly...

Lots of love

Comments

Re: Kate discussing sexism and sexist gatekeeping in the paranormal. I always thought the primary consumers of at least ghosts, mediums, psychics and the like were women. Certianly almost all of the most of the popular coverage of the paranormal seems to be in sections of the media primarily aimed at women. Whereas Bigfoot bothering and UFO hunting seems to be far more targeted at a male audience. If this is the case would be far from the first thing primarily consumed by women but where men have a disproportionate representation among as 'the talent' and sexist attitudes still linger. But I realise this is an assumption. What are the demographics of people into ghosts and other forms of the paranormal?

A great episode, however, i'd popped it on in the car to do the school run, all fine before i got there as it was half way through the comments from last week, half way home the topic of the episode came on so I had to turn it off quick!
