"Blind Date" WEEK TWO CANDIDATES: Precogs

It is Week Two of our  “Blind Date” Profile Postings. The poll at the end of this post will be open to August 4th.

These profiles are our two masked Precogs, aka our Candidates with the Ability to see the future. Just a reminder, these “masked” profiles do not include much information on name, gender, family history or Nationality yet. Not all Candidates are full-time students at the University. The Candidates will not be named and “unmasked” until after all the “Blind Date” Profile Postings and the Round One Polls are concluded.

PolitelyPushyPrecog

PolitelyPushyPrecog is a strong precognitive Talent with still-developing energy manipulation skills. They have been working on developing their weaker energy manipulation skills by trying new things and hobbies. PolitelyPushyPrecog is not always the loudest person in the room, but they are comfortable in large groups of people. When prodded by a sudden bout of insatiable curiosity, they are fearless in tracking down new subjects or experiences. PolitelyPushyPrecog often credits their precognitive Ability, which is strongest and most accurate in the short-term, in aiding their decision making, comparing it to be able to see lightning only two heartbeats before it strikes. Despite their abundant confidence, seemingly born from their precognitive skill, they are also known for a humble, gentle, friendly demeanor. PolitelyPushyPrecog’s greatest skill is not any one Ability, but rather their curiosity and an ability to fit in well with most groups. They enjoy having adventurous friends, but what they really value in a romantic partner is being honest and kind to others.

OverlookedPrecog

OverlookedPrecog would normally be considered unTalented, but has such strong and reliable precognitive visions that they audit courses at the University to help them cope with and train their singular Ability. OverlookedPrecog's visions are often focused years in the future, yet have proved highly reliable. Despite the strength of this proven Ability, OverlookedPrecog often feels like an imposter. Anxious in many social situations, and nervous about meeting new people, OverlookedPrecog nonetheless likes to try to new things. Bravery, after all, can not exist without fear. And as OverlookedPrecog knows -- with their accurate visions of the future -- there is much to be feared. They are a kindhearted, brave person who needs an understanding friend... or maybe even a romantic partner who shares their introverted tendencies and slightly dark, sense of humor.
