WEEK THREE CANDIDATES: unTalented
Added 2021-07-07 14:00:05 +0000 UTC*drumroll* It is Week Three of our “Blind Date” Profile Postings. The poll at the end of this post will be open to August 4th.
These profiles are all of our masked unTalented Candidates, aka folks who do not have any Abilities. Just a reminder, these “masked” profiles do not include much information on name, gender, or Nationality yet. Not all Candidates are full-time students at the University. The Candidates will not be named and “unmasked” until after all the “Blind Date” Profile Postings and the Round One Polls are concluded.
Ready to meet the Week Three Candidates?
MysteryDiplomat
MysteryDiplomat just moved to Tar’citadel along with their single parent, who was just appointed to work in one of the city's many Embassies. Candidate started auditing courses a few weeks ago, attending both classes at the city school for non-Talents and guest lectures at the University, despite not being in any way Talented. They haven’t had a chance to make many new connections, but they are already developing a reputation for a cheerful, playful personality. Yet this popular extrovert may have a hidden side. Though known for having a quick quip usually at hand, and being a generally lively conversationalist, not many people really *know* the secretive MysteryDiplomat.
ToughTrader
ToughTrader is an unTalented child of the Tar'citadel streets, and has many strong *opinions* about Talents 'running the world'. ToughTrader is a very ambitious and enterprising person, and at a young age already owns and runs a storefront in the International Market while taking care of a younger sibling and a disabled parent. Their perspectives on life are very, very different from most people you will encounter, and a relationship with them will require a lot of self-reflection. Street-smart and charming, ToughTrader holds themselves to a high personal standard, and has little time for 'nonsense'. Blunt and busy, ToughTrader could use someone to remind them to take a break now and again, while they could help show you what truly lays within the city's walls.

So it turns out that we missed a box that was supposed to be checked to restrict votes. And we can't fix it without deleting the post and re-posting :( I'm sorry. So...if y'all can contain yourselves to one vote that would be preferable. This shouldn't throw off the stats too badly as we can still see *enough* of the poll data we want. Most importantly thought, this is not your only chance to vote on these personalities. The next part of the Social Poll Series is going to "unmask" our Candidates and there will be a second round of posts and polls!
