The Red and his Way are outcasts and heretics among Way Walkers, ever since he orchestrated the Great Fall and inspired Prothidian Altar to destroy the Old World, crimes for which his immortal soul was imprisoned in the Pit. Yet along with his twin flame, Resolution, the Red Child is worshiped by Annarites and many others living in the Middle Lands, and without.
This imprisonment beyond the Veil has released the Red from what few shaky tethers of sanity remain, and we caution readers against believing everything the Child of Conflict says.
