Added 2020-06-08 01:30:35 +0000 UTCSo everyone voted in the poll and it ended up being a three way tie between Dark Lord's Willing Victim, Elegant Plastic, and Magical Fangirl. I put them on a wheel and spun, and Dark Lord's Willing Victim took it!
Working out the comm with the artist now.
Edit: Commission confirmed, although it might take a while since there's apparently a good number of people on the list ahead of me.
