She's also fixed by the neck of the straitjacket to the rack behind her, which is limiting her ability to twist :)

For me it seems, that Chou only must turn a little bit to the left to reach the control system? But maybe it is possible, that it all was planed and that the control system will do exactly the opposite, as how the buttons are labelled for;-)
