Essentially the idea is that every time a cake is taken off a pressure plate, the vibrator buzzes away for a bit. Which she doesn't really want, but her only other option would be to walk home bottomless (i.e. without wearing the tray-diaper-vibrator-thing). The idea is that the passersby can see she's wearing something controversial (a big diaper) but they don't know about the vibrator.
