With her meal finished, Katherine told Jack she would head outside to wait for him, wanting to start walking after eating all that food. Jack waited for their waitress to bring him the bill, but he didn’t have to wait long before she was already at the table. He gave the waitress his card, and she ran off the register to process the payment and return Jack’s card.
