Megan’s mom had asked for some help moving furniture and would not be able to make it to their daily workout session. Katie understood and proceeded as normal, she started with the overhead benchpress, she loaded 60kg (132lbs) onto the bar, but it was surprisingly too light so she added an extra 10kg (22lbs) more and started her workout.
