Added 2021-10-10 13:00:05 +0000 UTCEven for myself, the results of my workouts became far too obvious to ignore. I started to not even recognize the powerful woman I saw in the mirror in front of me. When I first started, I took the initial photo to be able to better track my progress but I never fathomed a month later that I would look like this! Even in a few years of training I didn’t think this was possible, but I’m excited all the same.
