I'll keep it as short as possible because if I were to explain the whole story, I could write a VN about this nightmare of a week.
They messed up my order... Not once, not twice, not three times, not even four times, but 5!
Canceled, no longer in stock, back in stock same card magically, ordered, canceled, shipped from the US then I canceled it since it would arrive on the 29th and it was a Used-Very good. Which basically means 4.000$ CAD down the drain if it died after 30 days. It comes with 0 warranty, no replacement, and it becomes a costly paperweight.
They said it couldn't be done via email... I got on the phone and well, let's just say that I was very "persuasive" it was magically canceled then. So the last one was ordered last night, on the 24th and after speaking to a supervisor who was recorded confirming it's delivery on the 25th I finally received my new girl.
She was worth all the trouble. And that's the good news in this story. The bad news? The shit I went through, and of course, the fact that I couldn't work since the 21st. Anyhow, I am resuming work tomorrow, and I am going to share with you guys exactly what this baby can do for us in the VN world.
