What I'm up to
Added 2023-01-25 09:45:53 +0000 UTCYesterday I posted a video that was unserious and that I didn't post here. It's because I couldn't finish the scripts I was working on. So at the last minute I decided to make a meme for this week and resume the normal schedule next week.
But I thought it'd be nice to tell what I'm working on.
One is really nice news. I'm working together with Henson Shaving on a video about why razors cut hair and not your skin. My very first collab with a company! I'm super excited and they have given me some really good information and they are sending me one of their razors. Here's the current version of the script:
razors cut your hair and generally not your skin, even though your skin really wants to bulge up in front of the blade. *ouch!* It helps to have a safety bar with a very precise blade gap that controls the skin bulge, but razor blades are so thin that they can easily bend backwards, widening the gap. *ouch!* So because they also support the blade right up to the edge, well-designed (repeat)
I'm also working on a script about water pressure, but that one is reaaaaalllly hard. It's just so strange that pressure goes in all directions that I'm almost afraid that it's something you can't really understand, but that you just have to accept.
