I think I might try a pattern of personal project, then request, then personal project, etcetc for a while in that pattern and see how that goes. I've had so much fun with the requests, and I really wanted you guys to feel like you were getting a better reward for signing up. I've said it so many times before, but it really means a lot to have you guys on my team here!
