Page 13 and the End of Chapter 1!

This is not only the first page I get to share with you on Patreon, but also the last page of the first chapter. Hooray! I did it! (Pretty unusual timing, if you think about it, but it at least gives me a chance to continue messing with this place to see if I've got the hang of it yet.) I want to give a quick shout out to the two of you who have already decided to back the project - you guys are the best! I know I've probably told each of you that already, but I just want to make sure you don't forget it. In fact, why don't we all just take a minute and give ourselves a quick pat on the back? It's okay, nobody's watching. Odds are you deserve one for something else you've already done today. So, with the end of the first chapter comes the necessary preparations for the second. I'll be taking a 2 week break to get ready and start to build up another buffer. In the meantime, I'll be updating the comic with a redone cover for Chapter 1 along with some other goodies. If any readers send stuff in, I'll be sure to share those too, so I won't be dropping off the grid in that time. Thanks for backing me, guys! Are there any questions you have, or anything specific you would like to see from me in the future?

Yeah, I honestly didn't really like it, but I can use that cover as a placeholder as a cover for future chapters as I work on them - because I think using a cover as a legitimate page update is kind of lame. Plus, it's good filler material I can use while I work on a buffer (like right now!).

Are you planning to make that first cover the cover for the entire series? Because I thought it looked pretty fantastic. (It's either that or there was ANOTHER cover that was the ACTUAL chapter 1 cover and I've forgotten, which is not unlikely XD; )
