Chapter 2: Final Script Preview

Yeah! Check it! As you saw in the last update I gave you on the second chapter's progress, I was scripting the story on loose pieces of paper. I do this because I can literally chop up and move around segments that I like to the places that I need them while I still consider it a work in progress. Once I get it to a point where I'm really pleased with how it feels, I copy the entire script to my sketchbook and redraw everything. You can see in the photos that the dialogue in the second version doesn't have any scribbles (making it easy to read), and therefore a handy reference guide. This is also the point where I start playing around with panel compositions and the way pages are structured to give them some variety. The next step is to actually print out a rough guideline for the pages and to start drawing, so the next update will be REALLY exciting!
