2015-01-20 15:11:06 +0000 UTCBeen working on a script for a comic myself. Winging it is neat. But scripts allow you to do very neat things. I have a situation I just came into with the script in my comic. The main character must be sure about the reason someone else has died. And the only reason his abnormal conclusion makes sense is if he had performed that action himself earlier on. The scene will be impactful. But it would be impossible without planning. And until I reached that point, I did not realize it had to happen. This is the very reason scripts are created in the first place -- it's a sketch for the story that can be easily adjusted. Oh wait, you were joking. Dang it, I did it again.
