I think your reaction at 7:05 is the best non-horror jump scare I've scene on your channel. To follow up on a couple of your comments: I have a feeling that they were intending to flesh out the character of the Shepherd at the end of the first season, but never got the chance. Even after the movie, I felt a bit let down by the unrealized potential of that character. As for River, I can't say she becomes more likable, but her purpose in the narrative is clarified by the end of the whole story. On a separate topic, do you have another series planned? Will you be reacting to "The Pacific" sometime soon?
