Sending this post from Galveston, Texas onboard the Carnival Dream. I am finally reunited with the love of my life and ready for 2 weeks of some much need R&R.
Sending so much love to all the new members! We have had a surge of new members this week so I hope you’re all enjoying the back catalogue of Heartstopper and Young Royals content. We have Episode 6 reaction coming next week and then a Season 1 recap & Season 2 teaser reaction the week after and then we’ll be heading into the Season 2 reactions when i’m home.
Just a huge thanks to all of you - had so much love from all of you this past week with the opening of the store and the content. I’m feeling very grateful for you all.
I’ll send updates as and when I have wi-fi - but until then… Have a wonderful couple of weeks.

I guess having been through the experience of making Young Royals, especially as they are in so many scenes together and must have been together practically every day of the shoot , not to mention that so many of their scenes are emotionally intimate if not also physically so, they have grown very close. They have both declined to label their sexuality and Omar has said that he has had physical relationships with both sexes, so there’s been a lot of wishful thinking online about whether they could be together. Frankly, I don’t care and seeing them in this shoot just makes me smile at the fun they’re having. 🥰

2022-10-23 13:26:05 +0000 UTCWell - it's Owen Jones. I understand what you mean about his on-screen demeanor, but he is a very talented and bright journalist. However he is extremely left wing, so the BBC tend to use him a lot on political programmes. He does appear quite a lot on mainstream media, so, yes, very talented. Also, as can be seen here, he is very pro LGBT which is probably why 'The Guardian' have used him here for this interview. Strangely enough, he does appear here to be quite nervous which is the total opposite of how he comes across on say, programmes like the BBC's 'Question Time' (a political question and answer TV programme between a panel of politicians mainly and an audience consisting of the general public). I don't personally take to his political views myself, but I thought that I would put up with him just for this interview. Joe does look bemused though with his method of interviewing!

I’ve seen other Guardian stuff he’s done and it always puts me off. Thanks for posting it though as others might get further through it!

The interviewer is a bit annoying lol, but obviously worth persevering for the sake of Alice and Joe. Happy Sunday 🥰
