Thrilled to be back today with another episode of Druck for you all! I have really missed this show since I've been away and now I'm thoroughly looking forward to finishing up this wonderful show over the next few weeks.
Now a question for you... I speak about a SKAM UK... what do you guys think? 🤔

2023-10-15 21:56:50 +0000 UTCAudrey - I seem to remember reading some time ago now that a UK version was being contemplated, but I think it was abandoned because they couldn't raise the finances for it at the time, but I can't be 100% certain about that, but for me, I would love to see a UK version. I'm sure whoever takes it up (ahem, Netflix, are you reading this?) would do a great job and hopefully do it justice. Unless, Jackie knows something that we don't of course? 🙂

2023-10-15 13:00:29 +0000 UTCAs with the original, episode 6 is one of my favorites, for many of the same reasons. I can’t say that for me any remake quite hits the heights of the original, but this one is by far the closest, and the final scene with Jonas may even surpass the one from the OG. I also enjoy the trip to Matteo’s drug dealer taking the place of the school doctor from the original - it’s a terrific way of individualizing this version in an unexpected way. And moving backwards a little, the scene with Hannah is basically the first part of the conversation Isak has with Eva at the end of episode 10 of the OG. Moving it here works nicely because it wouldn’t fit in as well at the end of the season the way the original conversation did.

Like, whenever I feel very sad and the tears just won’t come out, I know exactly what songs to listen to. The songs I listen to always reflect my mood. Jonas has a heart made of gold! He’s an amazing friend.
