So many times a I asked myself: how Jackie would react here or what Jackie would say here? 🤭 So it's obvious that watching Heartstopper with you it's totally different level. It's crazy how Kit and Joe acting skills progressed. I realized that I was so involved in the story that I didn't noticed the soundtrack! Amazing ❤️ Can't wait for next episodes. And again thank you so much for the sensitivity and vulnerability of your reactions ❤️

And charlie knowing about asexuality but not about aromanticism is soo accurate, and I love that Isaac is not explain it either, like when you care just google it later!! That is what I should have said!! This show is just pure joy

It all felt like such a whirlwind that I didn’t really know how to process what I was feeling. Of course when I sat with it a bit I wanted to cry my eyes out. I can’t wait to watch it all again with you!

2024-10-03 20:49:37 +0000 UTCI never got the chance to see Gavin Creel perform in person, but I know that in 2019 he performed at a benefit for Nashville Children’s Theatre (he had gone to school with the then artistic Director), and I heard nothing but wonderful things. The minute you started singing that song, I knew that it was going to be about him, and I very much understand. I think this was about as perfect as the first episode of a new season of Heartstopper could be. As I write this, I haven’t watched the next episode yet, but I already feel secure in the thought that we are absolutely back in the same world we were in the previous two seasons. There may be things that are more difficult to come, but I know they are coming from the same mind that those first two seasons and the comic came from, and that’s incredibly reassuring.

2024-10-03 20:11:19 +0000 UTCOk, so I was already a teary mess from the second round watch of e4, then you go and sing one of my favorite songs from Hair (and probably one of my favorites that Gavin sang ever also) and got be crying more, but it also warmed my heart, Gavin was also probably my favorite Broadway actor, and I was privileged to be able to see him in many productions over his career. He really was just so kind and had the biggest heart. But then you go and make me smile through my tears, you sir are also wonderful! I was so happy to watch this again with you, you always bring new thoughts and insights that I often miss, and I also love seeing it through your artist’s eye. So I look forward to you next reactions, you are going to need a bigger pack of tissues though…
