Job Interview

The companion story to the "Dresscode" image. A woman interviews a man for a secretarial job... but the tables are about to be turned...

****

Sharon looked up at the new hire. Why Nancy quit, I’ll never know. But one day, Nancy came in and in a rambling speech, said that she’d found something better to do with her life.

From the tiny skirt she was wearing, Sharon had a feeling that she knew what kind of job she’d be looking for. But Nancy had suggested a new secretary, and so Sharon was interviewing him.

He looked… Okay, Sharon wasn’t used to examining people based on their appearance, but this man was… well, a hunk. A strong, defined face, muscular frame, strong but not exaggerated, and piercing green eyes that she found hard to look away from.

“Why are you interested in being a secretary?” She asked. “Nancy said you fit, but…” after what she did, maybe she’s not the best selection.

“Well, working under someone wiser…” He smiled his voice filling the room. “Stronger…” His eyes gleamed and she found herself incapable of looking away.

“Yes,” she nodded. “It’s a good way to get experience.”

“Experience,” he agreed. “That’s what Nancy needed. Experience.”

Sharon shivered and adjusted herself in her seat. She felt… warm. Something about his voice. About the way he looked at her.

The way he was experienced.

“Well, ah, yes, any receptionist working for me needs—“

“Tell me, what do you think a receptionist needs?”

“Well, I’m not—“

Humor me.” The strength in his voice sent Sharon rocking back in her chair.

“I…” Her voice fell silent. She should tell him… tell him that she was the one… That she was in charge, not a woman just waiting…

“She needs to be polite,” Sharon burst out. “Polite so that clients will like her!”

Yes. That was true. Nobody liked a pushy secretary. That’s why she’d liked Nancy. Nancy was polite.

Right now, Nancy was probably showing off her firm ass to some guy on the sidewalk. Being polite. Guys liked…

She shook her head, breaking eye contact with the man.

“Sharon. Looking away isn’t polite.”

Right. She looked back at him and was lost in his eyes. His powerful eyes. His male eyes.

She’d never thought about it, but men had a different way of looking at things than a woman. They let you know what you wanted, and weren’t afraid to take it.

Then he deliberately looked down at the swell of her full breasts, then back up to meet her gaze.

She should say something—

“What else does a receptionist need? What should she be.”

But… all receptionists don’t need to be… She shook her head. That was silly. A man wouldn’t sit down all day, waiting for someone to just drop by. They wouldn’t be content to just sit there.

That was just… She looked into his eyes again, and nodded. That was just stupid.

“She,” Sharon said, no doubt in her mind that a receptionist would be a she. “She needs to be polite.” She nodded. “Yes, she shouldn’t be the kind of person that people don’t like to be around.” She squirmed in the seat, suddenly aware that here she was, making a man sit in an uncomfortable seat. Her seat was comfortable. But… was it? She wasn’t being polite. She found herself staring into his eyes again, wondering what he would say. Her chair wasn’t comfortable now, not as much as it had been.

She squirmed in her seat.

“Polite,” he said. “And what does that mean, Sharon?”

“I—“ for a moment, she wanted to remind him that she was Ms… No. That wouldn't be polite. Sharon licked her lips. “I mean…” She squirmed again. She was… hot. Damp. “I mean… they shouldn’t argue. They shouldn’t be arrogant…”

She shouldn’t be arrogant.”

“Well, yes, of course!” Sharon said, laughing a little at the absurdity of the conversation. Of course, the woman shouldn’t be arrogant.

“And attractive.”

Of course. She’d never thought about it that much before. Sharon had always cared more for how good a receptionist was. But really, what man would want to spend time with someone who wasn’t attractive, who wasn’t shapely. Nancy had been good looking, and Sharon knew how fortunate she was now. She licked her lips, thinking about how the Man… wait, what was his name?

It didn’t matter. How the man had looked over her, seen her long, curly hair, blue eyes and…

Her tits. Her heavy, firm jugs. She’d always hated them, especially when men looked at them…

But why?

Wasn’t that was what they were there for? After all, a receptionist…

“And part of not being arrogant is considering the title. Isn’t secretary more appropriate?”

“I…Sharon licked her lips. The more she thought about it, the more he was right. Secretary let the man know that the person he was talking to wasn’t arrogant. Didn’t consider herself equal to him. Was a… secretary. “Yes, sir. I think secretary is good.”

“And how are you with numbers?”

Wait—I… “I’m good, sir. I’ve never had any problems with them.”

“And answering the phone?”

“I’m polite and understand the secretary’s job.” She pressed her legs together at the approval in his face.

“That’s good. I think you can do a good job as my secretary. I’m a bit concerned about your living arrangements.”

“Sir?”

“Well, it’s an expensive apartment on minimum wage, isn’t it?”

Sharon bit her lip. She’d earn—and then she remembered how little experience she had as a secretary. “I—“

“No trouble. You’ll live with me.”

Sharon felt a thrill in her crotch. Live with…

“Yes, sir,” she said, then smiled. “And I have one more qualification, sir.”

“And that is?”

Sharon undid the buttons on her shirt, pulling it aside, revealing her full jugs, confined in the lace bra. She shrugged out of the shirt, and then cupped her hands under her tits, pushing them up. “These, sir. I think there just what a secretary needs.”

“That they are. You have the job. Now, out of my chair.”

Sharon jumped up like she’d been burned, her tits bouncing a little. “Yes sir!” She bent down to get her blouse, but stopped at his words.

“No need. I think that makes an excellent uniform for you.”

“Yes, sir!” Sharon said, and headed out to the office, the cool air on her exposed skin turning her on. She put a little bit extra hip-sway as she moved to let the boss know that she was going to do her absolute best.

And then she was sitting down at the desk, getting ready to work. She glanced at the words on the paperwork. Nancy’s name, and above that, the manager… Shar…. She blinked at the words, and the room went all squirrely. Then Sharon laughed. That made no sense.

Why would you put the secretary’s name down where the boss’s name should go. Then she got to work.

If she did really well, maybe her boss would reward her when they got home.

End.
