I think there is a way to change the language for the whole site. If you try clicking you icon in the top right, I think the bottom option allows you to select the language. Try it, and let me know! I'm not sure if it looks the same for everyone.

I avoided it due to processing fees to Japan. I will recommend to new subscribers to use PayPal, since you've discovered that it seems to work better.
