You think he's this stereotypical douchbag in a suit trying to bring down Jimmy but its actually Chuck whos the one who was in Howard's ear all those years and he has to be the one to tell Jimmy that he doesn't want him at the firm. Howard, who is 100% committed to keeping the firms reputation has to live with Jimmy hating him which sucks because Howard would never tell Jimmy that it was Chucks fault. I kinda feel bad for him actually.
