“The Granite State” is New Hampshire’s nickname. Robert Forster, who plays the disappear-er, has been in movies forever, but I only really know him from Quentin Tarantino’s “Jackie Brown.” I think he was nominated for an Oscar for that one. He was in the Twin Peaks revival, too.
