It felt like it could be their first big misstep, turning it into the kind of bland prequel that just checks off a list of throwaway lines from the previous story for no other reason than to get fans to go "I remember that!". But without giving anything away, Lalo is a wonderful addition and probably my favorite Salamanca, and Tony Dalton plays him beautifully.
