Now they lost the IBN (or...never had it to begin with...it can get confusing XD) and I'm pretty sure Moeka is to blame for that and we've got Ruka who wants to try and change his gender!! I'm telling you guys, a change that seems little to you could change reality in all sorts of ways, it's a BAD IDEA!!!

From this episode alone you see the power of time travel and the possible dangers. You also get abit more into Okabe's character as someone who underneath the persona truly cares about the people around him. He hadn't known Moeka long yet was scared shitless for her sake. When Ruka proposed her desire to change the past, despite how scientifically impossible it seemed Okabe did not hesitate to grant his wish simply for his happiness as he seemed to understand that Ruka has been conflicted with his gender and just wanted to do it as a friend.
