An update to the animations that go public

When I started doing animations on Patreon I was releasing every animation I made on a month delay. Starting this year I decided I was going to keep 2 of the 3 animations on Patreon like my peers before me, and see how I can work with it.

One of the problems I had was figuring out a fair way to distribute my animations.
I couldn't ask DeviantArt and Twitter to vote for the animations, because they would always vote for the big end of month animation.
I couldn't ask for every Patron to vote because you guys would vote for the tier above.
I couldn't choose at random, people would complain.

So, as a compromise, I thought of asking the Quartermaster and First Mate tiers for their votes. And they voted! But a lot of feedback I'd received from opening the poll has lead me to the conclusion that I'm instead going to change the way I choose my animation.

From this month on I will be posting the $3 (Deckhand) animations on a one month delay like normal, but I will be keeping the other animations on Patreon.

This is, in my opinion, the fairest way to work with this. I don't want Navigators to feel alienated by a choice that wasn't theirs, or for Quartermasters & First Mates to feel cheated by a choice they perhaps didn't vote for.
That's my reasoning behind this change.
