New Years Update

Happy New Years, everyone. I've paused payments for this month so I have time to catch up on everything without adding to my backlog. I've failed to deliver in a timely manner and my goal is to resolve that and have everything up to speed by the end of this month, if possible.

Last year was really hard on me. If I'm being realistic every year after 2019 has been hard on me- to some extent obviously it's been hard on everyone, but a combination of continuous health problems and environmental circumstances have prevented me from working as much as I wish I could.

I started this Patreon during a brief week in August where everything felt great- things were looking up, I felt good, I was happy and far more productive than usual for the year, but unfortunately that period and the way I felt during it did not last and as a result I've fallen behind. 

My family and I suffered multiple losses last year and in some respects I don't expect this year to be much better. My 91-year-old grandmother had a stroke on Christmas Day, for example, and so it's really just a matter of time at this point until things get worse. I can't adequately or realistically work the way I used to for the time being. I just can't. I've got too much going on in too many different ways- physically, emotionally, environmentally, etc.

All unfinished sketch requests will be completed and posted by the end of this month. I'll attempt to finish Laundry Lay or one of the other comics also but I'm not sure yet if I'm capable. The patron tiers will be reconfigured at some point and dialed back to hopefully allow me to have a bit more breathing room because as it stands I'm just incapable of handling the responsibility.

I apologize to anyone that's disappointed or upset by this. These are circumstances entirely outside of my control and if I could make things better I would.
