Possible Refunds

Hello

A new issue has come up with my tablet which is going to cause me to be extremely behind in work. I'll be issuing refunds for the following month to people who I know I will not be able to complete your reward.

As upsetting as it is for me to do this but my work load has increased and a lot of dumb things that have happened out of my control. (Current works will be completed so don't worry!)

I'm just very behind on my work and I know giving refunds will be putting me at a financial burden but I want to give you guys your rewards on time and I haven't been doing that at all lately and it makes me feel awful that I haven't kept up to that. So if I do send you a message saying that I'll be refunding you - please understand that it is nothing personal and I am not removing you as a patron! I just need more time to finish what I currently have on my plate so I can continue to give you the best quality work that I can offer ON TIME.
