New one-shot story: Captains Crash

This is a pure 6K celebration of the Ducktales revival, along with being the first time I've ever written what could be argued as a more-or-less straight "X In Equestria" story. The rest of the month will be Continuum pieces: continuations on Triptych, Anchor Foal, and The Remainders Of The Day -- but sometimes, you just want to have fun. This was written for a single reason: fun. We can go back to darkness and mystery and trauma and -- *!gasp!* -- library sales starting on Wednesday. This was a day for having fun and if people get a smile out of this story, I'm going to call it a win.

Two notes on the story: the plural on the title is because tropewise, Rainbow is the local Captain Crash and now we have two of them on the premises. And as for why I left out the name until the very last line? Because if the lawsuit search engines are roaming FIMfic, maybe they won't get all the way through it...

(Yeah, I know: "Much like the majority of your readership." Beat you to it.)
